Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking an appointment with Mon Chèrie Beauty. By making an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and services provided by Mon Chèrie Beauty.

By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Appointments

Appointments should be booked through our designated booking system, including Fresha, where applicable.

An appointment is considered confirmed once the required booking information has been provided and the required deposit has been received.

Appointment availability is subject to our opening hours and available appointment slots.

3. Appointment Deposit

A £20 deposit is required to secure every appointment.

The £20 deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

£20 Deposit

The deposit forms part of the total treatment price and is not an additional charge.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will not incur a cancellation charge.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the £20 deposit will be non-refundable.

The £20 deposit will also be non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy .

5. Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment. Where a late arrival significantly affects the appointment, we may need to modify or shorten the service.

In some circumstances, a significantly late arrival may need to be treated as a cancellation. Where this occurs, the cancellation policy may apply.

6. Services & Prices

Our current services and prices are displayed on our website and/or booking platform.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price applicable to your confirmed appointment will be communicated through the relevant booking process.

The final price may vary where additional services, treatments or agreed extras are requested.

7. Client Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making an appointment.

This may include your name, contact details, appointment information and any information reasonably required to provide the requested service.

Please let us know before your appointment if there is anything relevant to your treatment that we should be aware of.

8. Treatment Suitability & Safety

We may ask questions about your nails, skin, allergies, sensitivities or previous treatments where this is relevant to providing a service safely.

You should provide accurate information about anything that may affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we reasonably believe that proceeding could be unsuitable or unsafe.

9. Payments

Payment for treatments may be made using the payment methods available through our booking system or at the salon.

Where online payments or deposits are processed through a third-party provider such as Fresha, the payment may be subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

Customers should not send payment-card details to us by email or through other unsecured communication methods.

10. Third-Party Booking Services

We may use third-party services, including Fresha, to manage appointments, customer information and payments.

Where you use a third-party booking or payment service, your use of that service may also be subject to the provider's own terms, conditions and privacy policy .

11. Right to Refuse or End a Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where we reasonably believe this is necessary for safety, professional reasons, inappropriate behaviour, or other legitimate business reasons.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for refusing or discontinuing a service.

12. Personal Belongings

Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment.

Please avoid bringing valuables to your appointment where possible.

15. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
