Booking & No-Show Policy

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, please be aware of our booking policy.

£20 Deposit Required

A £15 deposit is required for every appointment to secure your booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide notice as soon as possible. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will not be permitted to rebook future appointments at the salon.

The £20 deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show without appropriate notice.

Please also be respectful of the timing of your appointment, as delays can affect the clients booked after you.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our booking policy.
