APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy helps us manage appointments fairly and allows us to offer cancelled appointments to other clients.
1. Appointment Deposit
A £20 deposit is required to secure every appointment.
The £20 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Your deposit is not an additional charge. It is deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
2. Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the £20 deposit is non-refundable.
The same policy applies where an appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment or where a client does not attend their appointment.
Your £20 deposit will be retained if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not attend your appointment.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, we will do our best to accommodate a change of appointment time, subject to availability.
Changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the £20 deposit being retained.
5. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, the £20 deposit will be non-refundable.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to accept future bookings.
